Dayley Wellness & Nutrition is rooted in a holistic approach to wellness that honors the whole person. Founded by Nichole, a devoted wife, mom of five, and holistic nutrition coach. I work alongside you to create realistic, sustainable practices that help you feel more energized, balanced, and at home in your body.

My Story

I believe that our personal experiences, combined with thoughtful nutrition and lifestyle support, are essential to living our best life possible. Nutrition has been a true passion of mine for many years, shaped by both education and lived experience. I hold two certificates from the School of Natural Healing, a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Health, and two health coaching certifications—but my greatest teacher has been my own health journey.

My curiosity about natural wellness began when I met my husband. His mother introduced me to natural ways of supporting the body rather than simply treating symptoms with medication. That perspective planted a seed and inspired me to begin studying nutrition more deeply. During this time, I was navigating my own chronic health challenges. As a child, I experienced frequent headaches and stomach aches. When I reached puberty, those symptoms progressed into migraines, severe cramping, and bloating. At just 15 years old, I was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis—later understood as a symptom of underlying celiac disease.

Over the years, my symptoms continued to evolve. About ten years ago, I began experiencing intense bloating and intestinal pain and was diagnosed with IBS. Working with a dietitian and trying the low FODMAP diet was my first real introduction to how profoundly food can affect health. While it helped temporarily, my symptoms eventually worsened. Three years ago, I was finally diagnosed with celiac disease, and changing my diet brought significant relief—yet I still struggled with chronic pain, bloating, and abdominal discomfort.

Seeking deeper answers, I began working with a functional nurse practitioner and was diagnosed with mold toxicity and SIBO. Over the past year and a half, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding SIBO and learning how nutrition can be used as a supportive, empowering tool to manage symptoms and restore balance. Through it all, I’ve learned that nutrition impacts far more than just our physical health—it influences how we feel mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

This journey has shaped the way I practice and the way I support others. I know what it feels like to be frustrated, overwhelmed, and searching for answers. Today, my mission is to help others navigate their own wellness paths with confidence, clarity, and compassion—using a holistic, sustainable approach that honors the whole person.
